We’re excited to announce a new shipping option for our customers: Service Point Delivery. Starting October 1, 2025, you’ll be able to choose delivery to a nearby service point instead of having parcels sent to your home address. This service is provided via the PostNL carrier. It gives you more flexibility and convenience, making it easier to receive your orders when it suits you best.

What Is Service Point Delivery?

A service point (sometimes called a pickup point or parcel shop) is a local store or business that partners with the postal network to receive and hand out parcels. Instead of waiting for the courier at home, you can collect your order at a nearby location.

Typical service points include:

- Supermarkets
- Convenience stores
- Bookshops
- Parcel shops

You’ll receive a notification once your order has arrived and is ready for pickup.

Why Choose Service Point Delivery?

- Convenience – pick up your parcel when it suits you, no need to stay home.
- Extended hours – many service points are open evenings and weekends.
- Security – parcels are stored safely until you collect them.
- Flexibility – perfect if you’re often away during regular delivery times.

Where Is It Available?

From launch (as of 2025), Service Point Delivery via PostNL is available in the following countries:

- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Germany
- France
- Sweden

We’re working on expanding this option to even more countries in the future.

How Does It Work?

1. At checkout, select Service Point Delivery as your shipping option.
2. Choose your preferred pickup location from the list of available PostNL service points near you.
3. You’ll be notified once your parcel is ready for collection.
4. Pick up your order at a time that suits you (within the holding period).

When Can You Start Using It?

This new delivery method will be available from October 1, 2025. You’ll see the option during checkout in the countries listed above.
