Who we are
Wood, Tools & Deco was founded in 2016, originally as "Wood and Tools", starting as a hobby project. From the beginning, we have focused on supplying materials and tools for working with wood, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and similar materials.
Our range includes tools and basic materials such as wood, cork, block materials, and metal parts. These can be used to create both decorative and practical objects. Our customers include hobbyists as well as business users.
At the end of 2017, we expanded our assortment to more than 1,000 products, and in 2018 this grew to over 2,000 products. The core idea behind Wood, Tools & Deco is to provide a platform for creative people: a mix between a hardware store and a hobby shop.
Our products
Always available from stock
We focus on offering products that we consider useful and practical. Our assortment includes tools, accessories, and decorative items, with a strong emphasis on wood-related products.
All products shown in our webshop that can be added to the shopping cart are available directly from stock. If an item is out of stock, it cannot be ordered. Products are sourced from various countries, and we continuously search both online and offline for items that fit our range.
Delivery
We ship to customers throughout Europe, covering almost all countries. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping is free for orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, unless stated otherwise. For other countries, shipping costs are based on the rates charged by the delivery services we use.
Quality
We monitor the quality of our products carefully. If a product does not meet expectations or results in repeated complaints, we may remove it from our assortment.
In such cases, we may replace it with a comparable product from another supplier.
