Who we are
We are Wood, Tools & Deco, a trade name of Wood and Tools. In 2016 we started our hobby as Wood and Tools with the delivery of various articles in the field of processing wood, non-ferrous metals, plastics and more. Wood and Tools supplies tools and a number of basic materials (such as wood, cork, block materials and metal parts) to make art and useful objects for people with a creative hobby but also for business users. At the end of 2017, we broke the limit of 1000 different products and in 2018 even the limit of 2000. The core idea behind Wood and Tools is that we want to be a platform for creative people. A mix between a DIY store and a hobby store.
In 2019 we started the Wood, Tools & Deco webshop as an addition to Wood and Tools. In this shop we will focus more on products that are 'finished', as opposed to Wood and Tools where we focus on making products (do it yourself).
All available from stock
We are going to be very honest about our offer: we only sell what we like ourselves, not what makes us the most profit. The range includes handy aids, tools, gadgets, decoration, especially from wood. Everything shown in the webshop that can be placed in the shopping cart is available from stock. If an item is no longer in stock, it is not possible to put the item in the shopping cart. It may be that we are waiting for new stock from our supplier or the item is no longer available. We import goods from different countries. We search virtually and in real life for the right products.
Delivery almost everywhere in Europe
We supply our products to everyone in Europe, in almost every country. Our warehouse is in the Netherlands and that is where we ship from. Wood, Tools & Deco does not charge shipping costs for shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, unless otherwise stated. For shipments outside these countries we charge the amount that we are charged by the shipping service by, these are also favorable rates.
If the quality of our products is disappointing or if we do get a complaint about a product afterwards, we consider removing the product from our assortment. It is also possible that at that moment we will add a similar product from another supplier to our assortment.
