Please note: our system will automatically send you an invoice in PDF format, by email, after you place your order in our webshop. There is no bank account number on this invoice to avoid paying the invoice again by means of a bank transfer, for example. After all, you have already paid for your order via the webshop.
We offer payment on account for companies that we know (companies that have bought from us before).
Shipment & delivery
We try to ship all outstanding orders on the day the order (and payment) is received by us.
Unless the products are not in stock and you have placed a backorder.
Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free of charge, so you pay no shipping costs.
We ship from a warehouse in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Most orders will be shipped via PostNL (depending on the delivery address and chosen options) every day at 23:59.
