This acrylic base plate (also called PMMA or polymethyl methacrylate) has a size of 50x30 cm and a thickness of 8 mm.
This sheet is pre-cut to this convenient size, making it ideal for immediate use in DIY projects such as laser cutting, CNC milling, and hand sawing applications.

PMMA is a durable, lightweight, and optically clear plastic with excellent resistance to UV radiation and weathering. It is significantly stronger than glass and simultaneously much easier to handle and process.
