This spiral drill has a pre-cutter and is equipped with a sharp centering point. This is useful for positioning the drill correctly. The wood chips are neatly discharged, so you drill a smooth hole. Auger drill bits are specially designed to drill deep holes. Drilling must be done slowly (low speed).
